In order to minimize shipping costs to our customers, we dispatch from different locations around the world. If you wish your purchase to be delivered to a country that does not appear in the drop down box list on the Shopping Cart, please click on the Change Country link (the left hand side of the footer on all web pages) and either select the desired delivery country or one close to it. Your desired delivery country should then be available in the Shopping Cart. Note that the delivery country determines what currency you purchase in.
United States OrdersSwiftpoint ships all orders from a US warehouse and offer a standard and expedited delivery service to all US destinations.Calculating Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are determined by the number of products purchased, the estimated speed of delivery and whether the chosen shipping method can be tracked. Current costs for all US destinations are shown below:
Please note that as our products are light, up to six products can be purchased for the same shipping cost as a single unit (expedited service). So think about combining your purchase with a friend or buying presents and splitting the delivery costs to make considerable savings.
Non-US OrdersWe offer regular and expedited shipping methods to non-US destinations. Shipping rates are determined by the number of products purchased, the estimated speed of delivery and whether the chosen shipping method can be tracked. Taxes and Duties: Sales tax (if applicable) will be included in your purchase cost. However, some countries may impose customs duties or other import taxes on your purchases. Any such local taxes and duties, etc are your responsibility and may need to be paid prior to delivery of your products. In such cases, this may affect the delivery times. Delivery TimesWe aim to dispatch purchases within 48 hours of order. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are displayed against each shipping option. Our aim is for you to receive your purchase as soon as possible within these times, however, sometimes factors outside of our control may result in delays. If you have chosen a shipping option with tracking, please monitor the status of your product through the tracking number emailed to you.
